Here's how to know if a person is losing interest in you by reading their body language...

When on a date or talking with a prospective partner rarely does that person say,

"Pardon me, but you're beginning to boooore me. I'm going to leave now. I'll return once you’ve developed a personality. Har. Har. Har-har.

So it REALLY helps if you can read the secret language of their gestures and facial expressions.

If you know when this person is losing interest, you can change your strategy! You can change the conversation topic from wireless network protocols to something more interesting like wireless network SECURITY protocols!

Here are some signals a person might be losing interest in your conversation...

If they are tapping their fingers on the table. It means they are signaling morse code to a superhero to come save them!

Rubbing the neck -- bad. Rubbing the temples. Really bad. Rubbing the genitals -- really good! Unless... they are so bored by you they’ve decided to seek other forms of entertainment!

Eye contact is good. If they are using their hands to BREAK eye contact, that's probably bad. It's like they're saying, "You are so annoying, I can't even look at you."

Of course these can be misunderstood. People rub their eyes when tired and they rub their neck when it's sore.

HER: (rubbing eyes and neck)

YOU: Are you losing interest in this conversation or are you just tired?

HER: Neither! I've just been performing A LOT of oral sex. My boyfriend really deserves it.

YOU: (rubbing temples)

Other signs of boredom:

When she yawns so big that you can give her a sincere compliment on the health of her molars.

When he rests his head in his hand. While tapping his fingers. And rolling his eyes.

Crossed arms indicate, "I don't like what I'm hearing" or "I'm not hearing what I WANT to hear."
