Most people, when they're not prepared... they PANIC! They feel unsure. They freeze. And they might even screw up things they normally do well.

You must feel prepared. And yes, you can even prepare for the unexpected! That's called being flexible.

Knowing you can handle any situation reduces the pressure. You are NOT in a life or death situation. Do your best. And if it doesn't work out, it's ok, you will review your strategy, figure out where you will improve and then go for it the next time.
